Ciara FitzGerald
Managing Director
Ciara joined the practice in 2017 and is Managing Director of the firm. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (FCA), a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).
As Managing Director, Ciara oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice and its accounting and compliance services, while working closely with individuals, business owners and companies on a wide range of taxation matters. From day-to-day tax compliance and planning to business sales, restructuring and succession, she helps clients understand the tax implications of important decisions and identify opportunities to structure their affairs efficiently.
Declan FitzGerald
Director
Joined the practice in 2003 and brings over 40 years of experience in the accountancy profession. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, he previously served as Managing Director and continues to play an active role as a Director of the firm.
He remains closely involved in the management of the practice, drawing on his extensive experience to support both clients and colleagues. His client work is now primarily focused on personal taxation, particularly the preparation of income tax returns and related tax matters. His wealth of experience and longstanding client relationships continue to be a valued part of the firm.
Colm Hannon
Manager
Colm manages a diverse portfolio of audit and non-audit clients across a range of sectors. He has broad experience in general practice, working closely with businesses on financial reporting, audit, accounting and compliance matters. Colm takes a practical, hands-on approach and works with clients to understand their businesses and provide support as their needs evolve.
Priyanka Perera ACA
Audit Manager
Priyanka has 20 years of experience, including 9 years of Auditing and Accounting Advisory/Outsourcing experience. She is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) - Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
Shay Cairns
Consultant
Shay manages a diverse portfolio of audit and non-audit clients and has a wealth of experience in general practice.
Jake Collins
Associate
Jake has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and is currently studying to become a qualified ACCA member. Jake has 10 years of retail experience as well as three years in the construction industry.
Shreya Pokley
Associate
Masters in finance graduate, currently pursuing ACCA qualifications, with 2 years of experience in accounting.
